‘Tis the season of horror films, folks!

Lately, I’ve been seeing trailers for a variety of upcoming films including sequels to some of my favorites(hello, Insidious 3).

So, without further ado, here is my brief rundown of the scary movies coming to a theater near you.

• Sinister 2 (August 21) The first movie was absolutely terrifying and I look forward to this one scaring the living hell out of me.
• Insidious 3 (June 5) Probably my favorite horror movie series so far. Don’t let me down Blumhouse Production!
• Poltergeist (May 22) This one surprised me. I will have to rewatch the original film soon because the trailer seemed very similar.

• It Follows: recently released. imdb rating 7.6
• Unfriended: recently released. imdb rating: 6.1
• The Lazarus Effect: recently released. imdb rating 5.2
